Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once your order has shipped. If your package is lost in transit contact us at theculturedpets@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
