Products All products are limited edition. We do not guarantee restocks. Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences.

Orders Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping We ship within the United States only at this time. Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & Refunds All sales are final. This is a limited edition collection and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days of delivery at theculturedpets@gmail.com and we will make it right.
